Phil was great to work with and did an awesome job training my Bichon/Shih Tzu mix Sammy! She was a bit of a tough case because she was used to visiting the neighbors on our dead end street and was not at all happy to suddenly have boundaries...Phil was very patient with her (and with me, as I was sure it wasn't going to work!) and came back twice to train us both. In spite of a couple of mistakes on my part (I let her out without the collar on) she actually learned really quickly. A couple of weeks later she was fine and is now used to staying within the boundary. Great job Phil and thanks for your patience!
